The process begins with an initial consultation where the coach will discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through your training. They will also review your available time to determine the best approach for creating a personalised plan.
Next, we will set you up a free account on TrainingPeaks. This user-friendly app allows you to view your planned training, receive feedback, track progress, and manage your schedule efficiently.
For those using a bike computer, sessions can be directly uploaded from TrainingPeaks, simplifying the process of following the training plan.
Throughout the process, the coach will be available to answer any questions or make necessary adjustments to your training plan to ensure you're able to stay on track and achieve your goals.
