What do I need to start?

Not much! We recommend having a bike computer that allows you to follow and record sessions.

Access to a heart rate monitor and/or power meter will significantly enhance the specificity of the tailored sessions and feedback, but are not mandatory.

Is there a minimum fitness level requirement?

No, all plans are tailored specifically for the individual and their goals - whether that be race results or general fitness improvements.

At the start of every plan, we will conduct some basic fitness testing to determine a base point and work from there.

Do I need any specific equipment?

All clients are asked to complete a sign-up form and this includes a section about access to equipment.
